Meet the Team

Atesh immigrated to New Zealand back in 2000. He arrived as an educated person holding a bachelor’s degree majoring in accounting and financial management. While working to support his family, Atesh managed to continue his studies and gained a Master of Business Administration, majoring in marketing. He has been a Registered Migration Agent since March 2024 and a Licensed Immigration Adviser since 2010. He manages his own business, AAA Immigration Consultants Limited.

Atesh has won several awards, including NZ Fiji Times Small Businessman of the Year in 2019, NZ Fiji Times Community Services Award in 2019 and a finalist in the Westpac Best Emerging Business in 2015.

Atesh has a reputation for being thoroughly focused on detail. He thrives on being busy and is always looking for a challenge. His character is reflected in his desire to assist people with immigration matters and other issues within the community. Atesh is excited about his recent transition into Australia with offices in both Brisbane and Sydney. Atesh is now a licensed Migration agent for Australia and has satisfactorily lodged many successful visa applications.

Atesh is currently studying for a Post Graduate Diploma in Immigration Law for Australia. The possibilities for doing excellent work for new Australian immigrants is endless. Indeed, there is a demand for qualified, skilled, and experienced workers to contribute to the Australian economy. Atesh and his staff will be assisting wherever they can.

Atesh maintains physical fitness and plays football in the senior league.

Hulio Gash is an experienced Migration Law Practitioner, registered with the Australian Government (OMARA #1281149). As the Managing Director of Tachnat Foredu & Migration, Hulio oversees visa processing, student admissions, and legal compliance.

Bill works as a Case Manager and with his 30 + years of experience with immigration matters he is a valuable member of the team. He previously worked for several different members of parliament at electorate level and studied immigration law during that time.

Bill’s experience and natural communication skills enable him to assist clients in solving difficult issues relating to immigration. Furthermore, he assists in exceptional cases that need representation. He has an overseer’s role and while being semi-retired, he chooses to work with us part time. He has an empathetic nature and enjoys working with unusual and deserving cases.

Bill brings maturity and balance to the team, and he is well respected by our clients. He is considered a key member, and his experience and guidance are invaluable to the AAA Immigration Team.

In his spare time Bill is a keen gardener. He walks daily to keep fit and he
maintains an interest in politics with a focus on immigration policy.

Amit is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in payroll, finance, and Immigration Law. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting & Commercial Law, from the University of Auckland, which he completed in 2012. Amit’s career began with a diverse range of roles, allowing him to build a strong foundation in finance and payroll operations.

Amit’s journey includes serving as a Payroll Divisional Lead at Fletcher Building, where he managed a team of eight staff members, overseeing payroll functions for the organization. He also managed the payroll and finance functions at Auckland South Immigration Consultants Limited, further strengthening his expertise in finance and Immigration Law. Amit’s passion for the immigration field led him to complete a Graduate Diploma in New Zealand Immigration Advice (Level 7) at Bay of Plenty Polytechnic in Tauranga.

Amit’s international experience includes post-study work at Commonwealth Bank in Australia, where he gained valuable skills in financial operations. Upon his return to New Zealand, he worked with Spotless Facility Services Limited at the Auckland Head Office. Initially employed as a Stock Control & Payroll Officer in the New Zealand Housing team, Amit had been promoted to a Payroll Officer role, where he joined the Auckland payroll team and continued to expand his skillset.

His career also spans areas in Information Technology, adding another layer of capability to his experience. Amit is now based in Brisbane, Australia, where he works as a Senior Business Analyst for Woolworths Group. While residing in North Lakes, he also serves as the director of our business in Australia, contributing to strategic decision-making and overseeing operations.

Outside his professional career, Amit has a deep interest in football and Bollywood dancing, activities that reflect his dynamic and energetic personality. His passion for diverse pursuits and dedication to both his career and personal interests make him a well-rounded and motivated individual.

With 7 years of experience as a credit analyst, Anish has developed a strong and diverse background in financial risk assessment and credit decision-making. Based in Sydney, he currently holds the position of Senior Credit Analyst at Athena Home Loans, where he leads critical assessments of home loan applications and plays a key role in driving the company’s lending strategy.

Anish’s career began with Commonwealth Bank of Australia, where he spent 4 years honing his analytical abilities and gaining a solid foundation in the credit industry. From there, he spent 2 years at AMP and 1.5 years at Latrobe and now at Athena Home Loans, working across a variety of portfolios in both personal and business lending. This breadth of experience provided him with a comprehensive understanding of financial products and risk mitigation, skills that complement his position within our immigration business.

Currently as a Senior Credit Analyst at Athena, Anish is responsible for evaluating home loan applications, assessing clients’ financial situations, and providing actionable insights to support sound lending decisions. His ability to identify risks and opportunities, while maintaining a customer-centric approach, Anish has made him a trusted advisor within the organization.

Outside of work, Anish is an outgoing and sociable individual with a passion for both football and Bollywood dancing. Whether cheering for a team on the field or enjoying a vibrant dance session, he loves staying active and engaging in cultural activities. When it is time to unwind, he enjoys watching Netflix, exploring new series, and spending quality time with friends and family over a cold beer.

With a proven track record in the finance industry and a well-rounded personal life, Anish blends professionalism with a fun and approachable personality, making him an invaluable member of the AAA Immigration Consultants team and a popular figure among friends and colleagues alike.

Satend has over 36 years’ experience in accounting, well over twenty of which have been in Financial Management. Satend holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration (BCA) degree from the Victoria University of Wellington. He became a NZ Chartered Accountant in 1994. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with Southern Cross University of Australia.

Satend has worked for both Central & Local Governments. Since leaving his government roles, he has accumulated valuable experience in commercial companies totaling almost 20 years. His long background in accounting and commerce has meant that he has a strong diligence and absolute focus required for professional advice to the consultancy and its clients.

Arun Rao is an IT Technician who looks after all of AAA’s hardware and software needs. From hardware procurement, configuration, networks to software installation, email setup, domain issues and much more.

With over 30 years of experience, no problem is too big or too small to solve for Arun. We try to keep the company running to optimal efficiency and keep both users and customers satisfied.

Luis Respall is originally from The Philippines. Luis migrated to Australia as a child with his Parents and siblings. He began his career in the Immigration industry in Sydney Australia in 2003. In 2006, he qualified for registration with The Office of Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) and worked in Australia until 2015. The same year he came to New Zealand for a holiday and stayed. Registering with Immigration Advisers Authority (IAA) in New Zealand. Luis worked as a Licensed Immigration Adviser until 2019. After a short spell in the hospitality industry Luis re-registered with IAA and has returned to the industry that he not only is enthusiastic about but feels grateful and privileged to be able to truly be effective in people’s lives. Throughout his extensive career in immigration, he has assisted migrant people from every part of the globe. He now calls Rotorua home. In his spare time, you will find him enjoying either; mountain biking, soaking in natural thermal springs, picnics by one of the many lakes in Rotorua or, volunteering at; Church, the local citizens Advise bureau and local Age care facilities to name a few. Manisha is a highly skilled customer service specialist. With over 15years of experience in both administrative excellence and people management, Manisha comes from a finance background where she gained knowledge with both face to face customer service skills and conflict resolution, overseeing complex cases.

Manisha has strong organisation skillset which gives her the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a challenging environment. Furthermore, she has a strong passion to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and fellow stakeholders. She looks at constant ways of improving the business.

Manisha has a creative mind which allows her to be proactive and detailed in all her work.

In her leisure time Manisha is a mother of two beautiful kids and has a furrbaby. She enjoys spending time with them and making memories. She enjoys quality family time going out shopping and spends quality time with her kids.
